Customers interested in our products can place an order using the cart. The shipping costs will be indicated in the cart. Customers will receive an automatic reply to confirm the order.
The order will be completed upon arrival of payment. We will send an email confirming the payment has arrived and the shipping date.
2. Payment method
Payment can be done only by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
3. Delivery time
Our shipments are done through the courier UPS.
The shipment time varies according to what the product is.
Shipment will normally occur after 2-5 working days from the time of the order. The customer will be confirmed by email when the package is collected by the courier and will be given the tracking number in order to trace the package on the couriers website. The shipment will be maximum 5 working days from order completion. In case we are unable to ship the product within this time, the customer will be informed. Delivery in Italy will be 1 or 2 days after collection at L'Argania (the islands and Calabria can take a little longer). Delivery in Europe will take approximately 3-5 days.
All our prices include VAT.
5. Product availability
Availability of products is indicated on our website. We try to keep our website up-to-date, but sometimes orders occur before we have time to change availability on the website. In case this happens, we will make sure to contact the customer and agree on a reimbursement or to send other products according to customer's choice.
6. Our product
Most of our products are handmade and therefore small variations may occur and may differ slightly from the photo on our website. These are not defects and we will not make refunds or exchanges. Before shipping the items are checked.
7. Return policy
Customers have the right to return a product purchased within 14 days from the date it was received. The product will have to be unused, clean and packed the same way the product was received, in order to avoid breakage during the return shipping. The packaging is extremely important because the reimbursement will be made only if the product arrives in a perfect state. In case of breakage during the return shipping, the responsibility is with the customer. The customer is responsible for payment for the return shipping. The returned item will be checked and only if the product arrives in the original state, will a refund be made within 10 working days of receipt. Shipping costs (both delivery and return) will not be refunded. In case the goods are returned damaged, the customer is not entitled to receive reimbursement.
In the unlucky event the product arrives damaged the customer must inform us by email within 48 hours from receipt of the goods, sending us photos documenting the damage. In this situation, we will send the customer a replacement product without charge. It is important that customer uses the original box and all the packaging material, in order to send back the damaged product.
9. Customer privacy
We protect the privacy of our customers and and do not disclose it to unauthorized persons or companies. We will only use the information for the purpose for which it was provided.
